Car Wash Attendant

Shift & Schedule:
8 Hr Shift, Weekends As Needed, Holidays
Sasquatch Car Wash is seeking enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to be part of creating an amazing customer experience at our launch in Bonney Lake, WA. We are looking for smart, kind and driven people who will be instrumental in establishing the culture of Sasquatch Car Wash from the beginning.

The Car Wash Attendant will be working on site at the car wash helping to provide a safe, clean and friendly experience to customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Promptly greets all customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Educates customers about car wash packages, membership and upgrade options.
• Performs visual inspections of vehicles and carefully removes excess dirt and debris to ensure a quality result.
• Facilitates efficient and safe onboarding of customer vehicles into the tunnel.
• Assists in maintaining a clean and attractive wash facility.
• Helps clean and maintain equipment.
• Participates in learning and cross-training activities to facilitate smooth business operations.
• Participates in marketing and promotional efforts, including sales opportunities for membership plans.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Must be available to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly and welcoming individuals who are focused to create an exceptional customer experience.
• Detail oriented and takes pride in delivering quality service.
• Enjoys working in a fast paced, outdoor setting, and can follow instructions with a sense of urgency.
• Willingness to learn and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Someone who loves working in a team environment; is motivated by the team’s performance, encourages others and pitches in where needed.
• Comfortable with digital technology including iPad applications and POS software.
• Must be able to maintain a clean appearance as per company standards.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Must have a reliable transportation.
• Must be 16 years or older.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Person will work outside in a loud environment (due to equipment and traffic) in all weather conditions. The person will be in constant motion and will have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching, stooping and standing for prolonged periods of time.
